Mar 11:24 "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
Prayer! We rise in pursuit of peace to quiet the clamor that awakens us. Our children go out into a world where negative influences crouch in the cracks left by rejection and pain. Our lives often become an endless cycle of doing, going, moving and then spiraling down, down, down. And with all of our efforts, all of our struggle and the heartache we have endured, we fight with everything within us to remember....to hold on to...to believe that God really hears our prayers.
Luk 18:1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
Luk 18:2 He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared about men.
Luk 18:3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.'
Luk 18:4 "For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, 'Even though I don't fear God or care about men,
Luk 18:5 yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually wear me out with her coming!'"
Luk 18:6 And the Lord said, "Listen to what the unjust judge says.
Luk 18:7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?
Luk 18:8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"
Will he find you still believing and waiting in earnest expectation that HE WILL ANSWER YOU?
Yes, our Daddy God hears every prayer. He is not a sadistic ruler who takes pleasure in your pain. He loves you and having a revelation of His love will bring you into a place where even though your situation may not change, your perception will. This is that place of peace that passes understanding.
God the Father knows you. He knows what he has put down on the inside of you Woman of God. There is greatness on the inside of you that has not been realized. When you begin to ask him for a revelation of his love, you will see that it wasn't the things you were going through that weighed you down, but the way you perceived them. The way you perceived HIM and the everlasting love he has for his Baby Girl. It wasn't that God hasn't heard your prayers, it's been your focus on what you've been praying about.
When you pray (Jesus said) "Believe you receive and it will be yours" When you go to God, he requires you to Believe He is able to do what He said he will do: Hbr 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
When you pray, see him for the loving Daddy God that he is. He is right there! He wants you to stop toiling in your own strength and to trust that He has a purpose for your life and Yes, you can make it! He will give you the grace you need. He is faithful and knows the plan he has for your life and it is a good one.
Yes, you've prayed but have you Believed that he wants to answer you. Have you believed that he will answer you? He wants you to have rest from the turmoil in your soul my sister.
Mat 11:28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Mat 11:29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Mat 11:30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
He hears you! Beyond the words you speak, he hears the cry of your heart. He knows the weariness you feel and the burden you carry. He wants to take the weight off of you and wants you to hand it over to him. Let Him carry it! He's heard your cry and has given you the answer. Now, Believe it!
